Swiss IT company Netcetera acquires routeRANK. As part of the strategic merger, the two companies will provide IT solutions for multimodal mobility worldwide.
In June 2022, Swiss IT company Netcetera Group acquired routeRANK. Through fully controlled subsidiaries, Netcetera offers its customers IT services and digital products. This includes the development and implementation of individualized software specified for the needs of its customers (bespoke software). Customers are from the financial and transport industries as well as from the media and health sectors. With the acquisition of routeRANK, Netcetera strengthens its transport offering.
Jochen Mundinger, who remains Chairman and CEO of routeRANK, says: “I am excited about the opportunity that the acquisition will provide to grow further. There is a strong complementarity between the technical backgrounds of the two companies as well as a strong compatibility in terms of company culture.
