It has been several years since the concept of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) emerged, and the companies, organizations, and technologies supporting the development of MaaS have begun working to make the concepts a reality. This survey has been created to take a snapshot of where we are today, what are the key drivers from all perspectives on the development of MaaS, why it’s important, and what MaaS could look like in the near future. The outputs of this report will be a white paper providing a statistical overview of the results to help foster an improved dialogue and provide some degree of clarity on the different stakeholders’ perceptions on MaaS.
