Commission calls for feedback on multimodal digital mobility services

Planning and buying tickets for journeys that combine different modes of transport can be cumbersome for travellers in the EU. To compare different options, many use digital services such as route planners and ticket vendors.

This initiative addresses challenges for these services and implements Action 37 of the sustainable and smart mobility strategy. It aims to better integrate public transport and rail services to achieve seamless multimodal passenger transport, delivering the EU Green Deal.

Feedback period: 5 October 2021 – 2 November 2021  (midnight Brussels time)

This roadmap is open for feedback for 4 weeks. Feedback will be taken into account for further development and fine-tuning of the initiative. The Commission will summarise the input received in a synopsis report explaining how the input will be taken on board and, if applicable, why certain suggestions can’t be taken up. Feedback received will be published on this site and therefore must adhere to the feedback rules.
