On 21 September, the Transport Systems Catapult hosted a one day “Mobility as a Service” (MaaS) Conference in Birmingham. The event bought together thought-leaders from the technology, policy and business sectors to discuss the latest developments in the growth of MaaS in the UK and abroad. Speakers shared their insights as to how the marketplace for MaaS is developing, and how transport operators, policy makers, technologists and consumers can benefit from the MaaS opportunity. The event followed the publication of TS latest MaaS report which highlights what MaaS is, how it can help us travel, and what the future could look like once it becomes mainstream.
